While no utilities are included in a resident's rent, residents will have access to amenities like: planned community events, community laundry facilities, and playground, making Thompson Village the perfect place to call home.
At Thompson Village, there is a $50 hold fee upon approval of an apartment home. The remaining deposit balance is due at move-in and refundable at move-out.
At Thompson Village, the application fee is $35 for the 1st applicant and $10 for each additional applicant.
At Thompson Village, residents are responsible for electric, water & sewage, trash, internet, and phone/cable.
Thompson Village is a pet-friendly community with no weight restrictions. If you're interested in welcoming a new pet into your home, there is a $150 non-refundable pet fee and a $150 refundable pet deposit due at move-in or when the pet is added to your home. Thompson Village is located within Perry Township School District. Nearby schools include: Burkhart Elementary, Perry Meridian Middle School, and Perry Meridian High School.

Residents of Thompson Village can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Thompson Village, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
Residents of Thompson Village can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call 317-650-2095 .
